How do I order ADT for a Lubbock house?

How much is ADT monitoring in Lubbock?
Plans start at $49.99/mo for ADT Secure, then Secure+ $53.99, Smart $60.99 (most popular), and Complete $64.99, with a $99 install on many plans. Ask about the free alarm-system promo ($850 value) on qualifying monitoring*. A new monitoring agreement is required — typically 36 months. Early termination fees apply. Homeowners only.
Does Lubbock charge a yearly alarm permit?
Inside the City of Lubbock, Ordinance 2001-O0087 requires a permit after three false burglary alarms or one false robbery alarm in a calendar year. Application is $50, or $25 if the homeowner is 65 or older. Confirm at (806) 775-3041. Wolfforth requires a $50 permit at install. Other cities confirm from the ZIP — we do not invent a dollar amount.
There is a leftover keypad in my Fan resale. Now what?
Photograph it before you pull it off the wall. Many Fan, Overton, Wolfforth, and South Lubbock resales still have a panel. We can often turn ADT back on instead of starting over. Builder leftover keypads are usually not ADT — those get replaced.
Does monitoring work when LP&L is out?
Yes. Ask about cellular backup so the panel still reaches ADT if LP&L or the Wi-Fi is down. Lubbock, Wolfforth, and most of Slaton sit on LP&L. Rappahannock Electric Cooperative covers some Shallowater and Goochland pockets. Southside Electric Cooperative covers some Slaton lots.
Is this site ADT corporate?

Can you install before we leave for a weekend up the James?
We confirm the earliest install window on the call. Weekdays empty a lot of Lubbock houses. A Texas Tech class day or a commute on Loop 289 empties the same doors. Promotional offers are for homeowners, not short-term rentals. Say so on the call.
Do you cover Wolfforth, South Lubbock, and Slaton?
